Visit RecWell’s Resilience Lab to schedule a stress management appointment or access our weekly guided meditation. Virtual and in-person guided meditation sessions starting August 25th and continue while classes are in session. Drop-in, virtual sessions are held Tuesdays at 11:00am and Wednesdays at 2:00pm. In-person sessions are held Tuesdays at 11:30am and Wednesdays at 2:30pm at Cary Street Gym - registration required. Visit the Resilience Lab Calendar for the links to join.
